Our beautiful 2nd row beach house (nicknamed “La Casa Blanca”) is exceptionally comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and our desire is to have a select group of vacationers enjoy returning again and again to a special home away from home. The past 2 summers have brought many new updates to our home, including a freshly painted interior, new bedding in all bedrooms, many new pieces of furniture, and new TV´s in the living room and master bedroom.
Only one block from the beach, you are also perfectly located only minutes from excellent golf courses, restaurants, putt-putt courses, 5 minutes from Barefoot Landing and less than 15 minutes from the fine dining and shopping of Broadway at the Beach. 4 miles from the mall at Briarcliffe with shopping, a movie theatre, and a Walmart, all of your potential needs are just minutes away!
The spacious kitchen was completely redesigned in January ‘05 and includes everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals. A full-sized refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, and utensils are at your fingertips. Enjoy meals at the kitchen bar with a great view of the TV, from the large dining room table adjoining the kitchen, or from the front porch with the wonderful beach breezes!
Your living room is furnished with beautiful, newly-recovered wicker furniture, along with a comfortable, queen sized, pull-out sofa, color cable television, VCR, and DVD player. Both queen bedrooms enter from the living room, with the master bedroom set apart from the rest of the house with a separate door and hallway, allowing maximum privacy from other couples, or from chidren who want to stay up late in the living room! A large walk-in shower room in the hallway is perfect for washing off children or simply for enjoying a leisurely shower without typical confines!
With central air conditioning and central heating, enjoy this comfortable house on a year-round basis. A large book collection fills a set of bookshelves for your reading enjoyment, and another closet contains an assortment of your favorite board games. For your convenience, linens and towels can be rented for a small fee, and your favorite pets are allowed with an additional security deposit. For your additonal comfort, we have a Washer and Dryer in the house for your use!
